Top 10 Things About Lisa Visiting
1. Walking by "Noel" [a.k.a leoN] from "Felicity" at a cross-walk in Downtown Vancouver. Making eye contact with him and then attempting to confer with Lisa "DidjuIstha..?" *Lisa puts her hand on my shoulder, and we burst into laughter*. This sighting was the epitome of our teenage friendship.
2. Hey Hermano. Watching "Arrested Development" for hours.
3. McFrugal's, Roundabouts in the suburbs, and the Kalam Family Restaurant in Langley. Lisa's got a new Crab Trivet.
4. St. Patrick's Day Afternoon at Doolin's. Quote: "It's good to know, St. Patrick's Day Skanks are in every province". Then later that night watching "The Leprechaun" with friends and eating Lucky Charms/Rice Krispie Squares
5. Going to the Canada/Norway Paralympic Sledge Hockey Game - 5-0!
6. Pie
7. Zip-Lining at Grouse with Lisa and Kerri. Snow whipping us in the face, and cold beer waiting for us at the lodge.
8. Vintage shopping, and Used-Book Shopping. Solid purchases made during both excursions.
9. Going to a Movie. This might seem trivial, but if you add up the money we've spent together going to movies over our lifetime, I'm sure we could have paid for both of our college tuition's. Popcorn, Alice and Wonderland, and great company.
