Trip delayed...
Apparently, our shopping trip to Vinay del Zexay will have to wait - there seems to be an overabundance of monsters in the Yaza Plains. I was fortunate enough to receive a nasel bird [those things are so convenient] from a messenger that was trying to deliver an interview request via horse from Merseto. He could have done that via nasel bird, honestly. *sighs*
I was looking out the window of my room when I saw the Captain go off towards the huge cloud of dust that had stirred up in the distance [thanks to the monsters, I bet] and then I saw Wyatt go out with quite the determined look on his face - I'm going to assume that he went out to help the Captain in the battle - they are compadres, after all. I always worry about people that fight but I hope... In any event, I hope that both Wyatt, the Captain, and anyone else that may be out there battling the monsters, comes back safe and sound.
Thus far, Her Majesty, Esmerelda will be coming along on our as of now postponed trip, and Wyatt and the Captain will be our escorts. In spite of our circumstances, I'm still looking forward to our trip, whenever it is that it may happen.
