Hopefully you can understand why the U.S. makes me so sad and why I'm so skeptical that somehow all Americans are going to be convinced to accept an emissions credits system. You'd have to convince the Fox News-watching people as well which is a huge chunk of Middle America.
The worst individual in those Fox clips is a friggin' UNITED STATES SENATOR who until recently was the CHAIRMAN of that body's committee that addresses environmental issues and would be the body to review environmental legislation introduced in the Senate and either kill it or send it back to the full Senate for a vote.
