I must have been in a bizarre fit yesterday to start my decorating for whatever people are calling the festive season these days. Merry Mithrasmas..
So, lights are up, the tree is bought (spindly little thing, but not quite a Charlie Brown tree) and I've hung some garland. Ridiculously early, I am aware. Ah well. I'm likely to enjoy Christmas prep far more this year now that I'm not at Wal-mart anymore. The folks are hoping to come this year. I have to figure out a way to get that turkey I won at Thanksgiving to my kin out of town so they can use it for our Christmas meal. Still got time to ponder the how, but maybe I can borrow or rent a car for a weekend and do that. Ah yes, miss had a clever thought there.
Nano novel thing is still on the go (new excerpt up for those interested) and I guess I'll head back to that business now.
