I just heard, over on Fleshbot, about the preliminary 2257 ruling - a long time in the making, that one. The ruling condemns the secondary producer requirements set forth in the 2257 regulations. Blowfish, in their latest newsletter, included a link to an excellent French porn blog: Corps_Circuits. It's fairly far from the usual sort of anatomy-lesson porn photography that is so popular.
