Back in EP
Its about time I get a chance to log on here. My internet was down for a long while and I just got it up and running today. So I moved back to EP for a while. I missed people close to my heart in EP, and because of them I made my final decision to just come home. I was getting burned out from my job in Dallas, and my kind of roommate was pissing me off.
We had new management at my job, and my General Manager was a complete moron. He wouldn't listen to me on how to fix our store, and he gave me way too much to carry with no help. I couldn't handle being understaffed and underpaid any longer. It wasn't worth it anymore, and my new Assistant Manager at the time totally screwed me on my raise. I was so upset. I have worked for that company for 6 and a half years. They didn't give a shit. I was so disappointed. Nobody ever said a project manager had to run the store and baby sit all of the employees at the same time. Hell no! couldn't take it anymore. Its rather funny because they still called me in regards to a job two days ago. Do you think I answered? Hell No!
It has kind of been up and down for me since I have been here. I have been sad and glad that im here. I just hope that i push my way to a better year.
I have started a diet. I have lost a couple of pounds. I have shed the eating out, and eating at midnight habit. I am so glad that I can eat normal food now. It is so wonderful to use your own kitchen. Now I just need to get me a good job, and make myself a strict schedule. One that will include working, going to school, and working out. I hope I dont get too tired out.
I am hoping to get into FEDEX Express which is an awesome company, but for now I think I am going to have to do the rent a cop thing for a bit. I still need to really look out there, but I know with FedEX I will get awesome benefits. Also if I get hired on I don't get penalized for quitting my job on my 401 K plan. Hopefully things get better. Today wasn't too good. I am planning on a better one tomorrow.
