im on a starbucks kick... hence the new icons and layout.
graduation was tonight. not quite as boring as i thought it was. (my brother was graduating, not me)

uhmmm yea what else oh there was a bomb scare at our school today. halfway through the last final they told all the teachers to collect the exams and to evacuate the building. im not really sure about exactly what happened. i wasnt there bc i had no exams, but apparently a teacher found a "suspicious looking opaque package" and they called the bomb squad and all the kids had to go right from their exams to the football fields. couldnt go to their lockers or anything. so all their stuff was still at school, and they couldnt get their cars so those were stuck at school too.
while all this was going on whitney larken and i were walking around downtown. we went to wang but they were closed. then whit drove wayyy past wang bc she had no idea where she was going. then she found us and we walked to pazzos but they were closed for like 10 more minutes, so we went to the bookstore around the corner and paroozed, went back to pazzos ate. mmmmmm gooood food. then to daybreak to hopefully get some free coffee, but jay wasnt there so we went to dunkin donuts and got ice coffees and donuts.
soo yea thats my day. tomorrow is work. i lucked out soo much on my weekend shifts. theyre 2 - 7 so i dont have to open or close bc i leave 15 minutes before closing. woohoo so that means no mats all weekend. score. for those of you who dont know what mats are... i work at a pool and the bathrooms have mats in them, and we get to clean them and hang them up over night then put them back in the morning. its particuraly pleasant when the mats drip on you when youre taking them out of the bathrooms and you just know... its pretty much all urine and pool water thats driping on you. yea. i love my job.
