Happy Birthday iris_blue!

Annnd

Okay, so it's not that huge of a deal, but I just wanted to have that as the cut text, xD.

SO; LOCKE is indirectly responsible for the character's death in the finale. But, it's not how we think. Indirectly makes me think that he's not the one who lies, but something he does, sets the other character up to lie to the soon-to-be-dead!character, thus sealing their fate of doom.

Annd, some creepy stuff is coming up with Walt, but she doesn't say that it takes place in the finale, just that it's coming up and Walt knows way more than he should. Hmm...which makes me think he's been sneakysneaky and maybe perhaps is on to Boone and Locke and their jungle-time adventures.

Just for the record: Walt creeps me right the fork out.

I STILL say Jack will be the one to die. They've been raving about how it's a well-featured, well-loved, very main character that's going to bite it. If it's Boone, while I won't be too torn up, I shall be annoyed because it's misleading. He's not that well-featured, he doesn't seem that well-loved throughout the fandom, and he's not a very main character. Thus, I deem the walking!dead to be Captain Dr. Hero. Besides, Claire's baby isn't delivered by him, and why wouldn't he want to take control of that unless he was busying dying?

Here's my guess, and once I work it out a bit more, I might go make a bet on it over at lost_gambling:

Locke delivers Claire's baby, because he's uber creepy and it has something to do with her dream and all (cradle foreshadowing, anyone?), and he may offer it up to the island gods or turn it into glue, I don't know, but I'm betting he delivers it, backed by creepy music and Charlie having a wiggins.

As for his having something to do indirectly with Jack's the character's death, I say that he isn't out to kill them, and that he doesn't intentionally kill him, it's just a result of an action. I don't think Locke is a killer. He's really creepy and he's not on either side, but he's not all out for death. (I hope, because I like him.) I think he might tell Kate to do something and she skips off to find Captain Dr. Hero, comes across Sawyer and then comes across Jack and lies to him about something, which seals his fate of doom. Jack trusts Kate.

OOOOORRRRR!!! If we want to shun the Jack!death theory, I say it's Michael. While he's not well-loved and he's not really well-featured and he's not exactly really main, he could die. Locke will tell Walt something, and then Walt will lie to Michael (because he's already so good at it) and thus Michael will bite it and Locke will have to deliver Claire's baby because Jack is busying trying to save Michael, along with Sawyer, Sayid, and Kate (who's really just crying around them all). It would be emotional, but still a cop-out enough to keep most of their characters. Plus, with Michael gone, Sun and Jin can make up quicker, Locke can take on Walt as his second (more promising) apprentice and he can go hang out with Boone and Locke and in their super cool jungle clubhouse (no girls family members allowed).

But, I don't think Boone will die, at least not yet. And Jin and Sayid are safe. As is Locke and Walt. Sawyer doesn't trust anyone, and I can't see how Locke could have anything to do with his death, because they never really cross paths for the most part.

Thus, it narrows it down to Michael by the hand of Walt through Locke, or Jack by the hand of Kate through Locke.

The Locke giveth, and the Locke taketh away.

Yeah, add Locke to my list of people who creep me right the fork out. Freak.

I think LOST has taken over my life. DAMN YOU, DOMINIC MONAGHAN! Yes, I completely and utterly blame him, because he's the reason I started watching.

OOH; the Finale is supposed to be a two-part (episodes 23 & 24), airing on May 11th.

In other news, new icon post should be coming about this weekend. LOST (lots from several episodes), Harry Potter (using GoF pics and cover art for HBP), Dane Cook quotes (funniest comedian ever), and assorted randomosity. Woot.
