Quick Update
I'm in the business center of the hotel we're staying at right now....it's in a pretty cool spot, on Arch street just about 4 blocks away from Independence National Park (where the Liberty Bell is). Speaking of the Liberty Bell, we make way too much of a fricken show out of it...I mean, America's cool and all, but it's a bell for God's sake. We have barricades around it and you have to go through metal detectors just to see it...not to mention there are police about 2 blocks away with M16s. I mainly came on to check my email, but I figured I'd say I'll be back on Monday. I also have to check to see if there is a French Connection outlet here in Philly ;). There's a super awesome mall....like Lakeside more than Somerset (it's not as upscale) one block away called "The Gallery at Market East" and it's 4 blocks long and 5 stories high, with the first level cut b/c of the streets going through, but the upper levels cross above the road and the lower level (basement) goes under the road...complete with shops and all! It even has two subway stations in the mall. I got in early tonight...my family was kinda tired...we've been waking up by 8 everyday, something I'm definitely not used to. I looked into gifts for people but mostly what I saw was either junk or too high end for me to buy...we'll see if anything happens. That's it for now...hope to see you all before school starts. Oh! There's a FC at 333 South St. Yes!
