The Punk not only brought a nice tan and hundreds of pictures back from his trip to Brazil, he also introduced us to something very nice: Pão de Queijo.
These are very tasty small cheese buns. He brought four packages of baking mix, generously given to him by the family he stayed with. Of course, they supposedly are better "made from scratch" and the baking mix will only last so long anyway, so I googled and - found:
