This AU, based strongly on the Little Mermaid novel, is enchanting. Maybe I've missed out in fandom, but I haven't seen many siren AUs. And it's not even really AU- canon compliant and sexy, heartbreaking, and just overwhelming, with some lines that will leave you reeling. Personally, I'm ecstatic that this is how I spent my day.
