Nice seeing Menchov, Maxime, Valverde and Casar in today's break. Seeing Voeckler there tells me he really is going for the KOM, but I'm glad to see Kessiakoff is going to give him a run for his money. Kess should be the better climber so hopefully he can get that back. Most exciting, though, is finally seeing Cobo get up there and do something. I've been waiting all Tour to see that guy rock it!
Wait, I'm not sure that's right because I think I'm seeing Cobo just getting eaten by the peloton. Peloton! Suck, and now Cobo's getting dropped. I just hope he does the Vuelta. He should get more attention there. And I'm seeing a Garmin guy in there so who knows, and I didn't see that in the list so I think the computer is
Nibali really might be my overall Tour crush though. I'm adoring the way he talks about the strength of his team. And he adores Sagan so he must be pretty awesome. And now he's taking advantage of the fog! Poor Valverde. And look at that. What a classy fellow. Has a chat with Valverde and then goes back to the peloton so they have a chance of getting away. Seriously Nibali, how are you so awesome? And Sagan's back in the peloton!
Vino's making another go of attacking! And he's got a good group! And now he's with the leaders!
Oh RadioShack. Sometimes I hate you and sometimes you're sweet. It was funny seeing Gallopin tell Maxime he was the Jens of today.
It's kind of crazy just how much the French adore Voeckler. I'm getting a little annoyed with him for not taking a pull. Yeah, I've loved that kid for a while, but I may be tiring of his tactics. That being said, the man does know how to attack. And I'm only souring because I saw that article about why the peloton hates him and then started noticing certain things about how he rides.
I'm enjoying this move from Costa and Valverde. Suck, Vino's attack didn't work again.
Phil, just because an attack doesn't work doesn't mean they shouldn't try to get rid of Wiggins. That's how people usually win this race. Idiot. And now Paul? How is it being greedy to attack?
I'm again impressed with Rolland's ability to stick with these guys. Once he makes up for attacking on tack day, he's got a good future. Froome is so good at taking care of Wiggo. I do adore that kid even if Wiggo is a little boring as a rider. I just wish Nibali and Jurgen could've had a successful attack at some point. Pinot's catching! Oh France.
So glad that Valverde won. I would've been really pissed if he got caught. And Nibali didn't lose too much time. He didn't have a Froome with him. And there's Tejay, killing it. Also super impressed by Horner, and guys, his age is irrelevant. And Dan Martin!
Interesting that Lotto and Saxo Bank are two of the teams who still have 9 riders. I wonder if they're the only ones.
