I was O.O through most of it, yet still kinda nervous-laughing - I blame Halloween Horror Nights and The People Under the Stairs for desensitizing me a bit..

all while wondering why Helen didn't just go all Supergirl on their asses

I did not find that episode scary. I think The Empty Child and Blink are scary as all get-up (and, to a point, Fear Her), though.
