What: Edward's arrival
When: This morning/afternoon
Where: Forest + Smithy + House 23
Summary: Edward shows up, stuff happens, he goes home with Winry, hurrah?
Rating: idk PG I guess.
[Edward wakes up in the woods, which isn't particularly alarming in and of itself; he's done that plenty of times in the past, even going back to childhood days. The alarming part - the part that causes him to disturb the forest with an outraged shout - is the fact that his automail is gone. He's been without his arm before, in order to do repairs and whatnot, but he hasn't been without a leg to stand on since he'd first gotten automail in the first place. That was the point of having spares.
On top of that, he's alone. Where is Ling- Greed, whatever- and where are the chimeras he'd been traveling with all this time? His clothes and red coat are also gone, replaced by a simple pair of white pants. Not even shoes. He can't see Kanama in the distance, either... dammit.
Just lying there doing nothing won't get him anywhere, though, so he starts... rolling. Yep, rolling. This might take a while. He tries hopping a few times, but balancing on one foot only results in him faceplanting. And the third time he staggers through the bushes and lands on something fuzzy. That moves. ...And growls.
....
And that's how Edward ends up hopping furiously through the forest on one leg and howling about stupid animals as a sleepy and irritated bear lumbers after him. He could probably use a hand (ha ha) right about now.
After that whole mess is done and over with, friends are met, Luceti is explained, and he has some time to himself, Edward will be sitting on a tree stump outside House 23. He's reading the journal intently and getting a feel for the functions, looking none too pleased with his new situation. He'll be there for a while, so bother him at will.]
[ooc note: So the idea is that Winry will get Edward refitted with his automail and get him home; after that, the log is open to housemates/people who want to bother him. Just to keep it open and such.]
