What:  Two of three brave housemates returning home.
When:  End of the draft, when the two arrive.
Where:  House 44, Everyone's Favorite Crazy House
Summary:  The draft is over, and Adell and Flandre return home after a long and draining battle.   Their return is awaited.

[There is something else here. Charlotte has been up at all hell of hours on the off-chance of when they might arrive home, and as a result, her sleep schedule is all hell of borked. Right now, she's sitting on the couch, dozed off and with a marker in her hand. On the coffee table in front of her is a sign she must not have gotten up yet which reads "WELCOME HOME ADELL AND FLAND" the last two letters have not been added. She might not have been sure how to spell it and dozed off in the resulting wonder.

But either way, she's here]

[Adell blinks when he sees her dozed off on the couch. ...Was she waiting for them? Or... what? He's curious if he should rouse her from her sleep, but... hm.

He hesitates for a moment... and then goes to fetch a blanket from the hall closet, which he gently, gently drapes around her.]

[She shifts a little in her sleep. She mumbles something too, but the words are in no way coherent. She's been waiting for him, yes. But now she just snuggles into the blanket a little, greedily taking up the warmth]

[Adell just smiles at this. He doesn't really want to disturb her. Though he looks over to see what she had been working on.

...A welcome home sign for them both. His smile grows a little warmer at this. Looks like she was in the middle of it when she dozed off. He wondered how hard she had been working... did she blow up all these balloons herself? Wow.]

[HIDING IN A BUSH NEARBY]

-It's a small fairy. She's not hiding very well, mind you. But she's definitely waiting for them. She realizes she's not allowed near the house, so this is kind of the best she can do at the moment-

[Adell hesitates for a moment and looks over his shoulder. He doesn't quite spot Cirno, but he thought he might've seen something.]

...Someone out there?

[Action]

[Flandre blinks up at Adell--and then follows his gaze somewhat after he speaks, keeping her face shaded. Sunlight was like a brick to the face. On fire.]

Mrh?

-An ice fairy sloooowly peaks over the bush.-

*Unfortunately for the pair Meiling's face matches the mood that Adell expected. At least she doesn't seem angry at Adell but she still isn't quite sure how to greet him. She settles for a half-hearted wave.*

[...And Adell doesn't seem to be upset at Meiling either. He has a similar sort of awkward feeling when he sees her, but... when she gives a wave, he'll return it. And his tone will be... more neutral than one might expect.]

Hey, Meiling.

... H-Hey.

*Meiling approaches Adell at her own slow pace. Once she's close enough, without warning, she'll give a hug to both Adell and the piggyback Flan on his back.*

[This koala squeaks. After peering up and over Adell's shoulder to see who it is. That was a strong hug!

Flandre is not opposed to this, though.]

[Remilia locked herself up in her room. Well, it was easy enough to get in if you were Sakuya but no one else was invited. She didn't care about any party. If Patchouli wasn't around, she didn't want any part of it.]

[Scritch, scratch, at the door.]

[Remi doesn't even notice. She's in such a hate funk that she doesn't care about the world around her.]

[But sister wants to sleeeep. And glom onto her elder. But mostly sleep because she is tired and it is daytime.

Flandre scratches at the door again. Maybe Remilia didn't hear...?]

[Koakuma has not moved from this spot in the living room. The notebook she had brought down with her is still in one hand, a pen in the other, and still not a single word has been written down.

She appears to have dozed off.]

[Seeing Koa sleeping in her spot, a lot like Charle was, he goes and gets Koa a blanket too. He carefully slips it over her.]
