While Luceti might seem pretty big, for a village, it's actually rather small. Naturally, there are a lot of characters out there who've probably never threaded before, but should realistically know each other. And since it'd be impossible to thread out every second of every day, here's something that might make ( Read more... )
+ Jacqli spends a lot of time in the library, usually sitting directly in the middle of aisles while reading.
+ She's incredibly pale (and used to be even paler), which probably stands out even more given how she almost always wears black. Her usual outfit is also ... kind of eye-catching.
+ She eats at Seventh Heaven a lot and would be seen there almost as often as she's seen in the library, since her cooking has a high tendency to turn out more than a little inedible.
+ Whenever she picks up anything in the grocery store, it's usually some kind of lettuce or leafy vegetable. What may not be known is that it's not for her - it's for the turtle she got from the last experiment.
+ She's around 5 feet tall, very skinny, and looks about 15 years old. So, more or less, she looks a lot younger than she acts.
+ She has a tendency to give people who pass by too closely to her (that being within 3 feet of her) a quick, cold look. It only seems to happen when it's someone who appears human outwardly. Obviously non-human characters might get a look, but it'll be rather neutral.
Things that can be known from one or two conversations
+ She's not human, no matter how human she looks.
+ She looks like some deathly-pale stick, but hits like a truck, magic-wise.
+ She seems to be trying to push people away, but will often talk a lot on particular topics or answer multiple questions.
Things for those living in Community Building 5 (mostly Floor 1, but other floors may have been subjected to this as well)
+ Whenever Jacqli cooks, there will either be something decently edible left behind (such as a long, un-cut roll of sushi), or a small collection of melted ladles or pots, along with something in a cast-iron pot that doesn't look ... healthy. At least she's not burning things!
+ Sometimes, Jacqli will sit out in the first floor's hall and watch her turtle walk around. She'll only do this if she feels most people are out doing something else, though.
+ Occasionally, at nighttime, there may be the sounds of very sudden, violent splashing. Neighbors might hear coughing during this time, too. It doesn't happen often, but when it does, it means Jacqli almost drowned from falling asleep in the tub.
+ On nights she doesn't nearly drown, but only very late at night, someone could possibly catch Jacqli wandering into the first floor kitchen in nothing but a few towels to get a drink. Even if she's spotted, she doesn't seem to care in the least, and will continue to get her drink, finish it, and go back to her apartment.
