Batman's outlook on things has changed very little in Luceti, and he admittedly has grown a little bored with his lack of crimefighting here, though he's made a few enemies. (He's still not done hunting you, Naoya!) Dealing with the Malnosso has been frustrating for him, but he's patient enough to be able to bide his time and work behind the scenes. It's nothing he hasn't dealt with before, especially through the mechanizations of Edward Nygma.
The AU event did affect Batman, reminding him of what life could've been like if he wasn't the Dark Knight. His alternate's relationship with Wonder Woman, and his happiness with it... it made him question somewhat if he'd be happy with her in his real life. But at the same time, he cannot bring himself to push himself away from his duty to Gotham city. But prolonged exposure to Diana in civilian life is slowly making him wonder if he could make it work, despite the three rules he feels he should lay down ( ... )

Okay. Let's start from how Adell has changed mentally. Due in large part to Patchouli's influence, Adell's taken up reading literature, something he would never do back at home. This has helped him broaden his horizons some, as well as exercise his brain some. He's nowhere near many scholars, but Adell's surprising natural intelligence does shine through from time to time as he's reading. So if nothing else, this guy's willingly becoming more cultured. And he enjoys the reads most of the time.
As well... Adell's hitting that magic age where he's starting to mature into an adult. Some of his impetuousness has bled away (most of it's still there, admittedly). His position within the Blue Rogues has caused Adell to slow down and keep himself ( ... )

Being in Luceti was certainly an eye opener for him. Not only has he met many cute interesting girls people and learned that being a giant ball of fur at will isn't such a bad thing, he's also started to come to terms with his jealousy and even formed a truce with Edward Cullen... even if he still doesn't like the guy very much ( ... )

Giles is really kind of sociable, in his own socially maladjusted way.
His reasons for leaving the show in S6 have grown to make a lot more sense to me, and I like to think they've had a much better buildup here *grumblegrumble*
He really, really wants to travel and see all of these amazing things he keeps hearing about. Especially to other worlds.
Given the choice between listing his job back home as "former librarian", "owns a shop", or "Watcher", he's starting to prefer the first two even though he doesn't have to keep quiet. It's only after being able to talk about his life with other people that he's starting to realize how much it kind of sucked. Because of this, he's really starting to sympathize with Buffy's desire to be "normal", because people keep apologizing for his life.
