- warm down walk - 1 min.

Today - warm up walk - 1 min.
- jog 1 - successful
- jog 2 - successful
- jog 3 - jog 1:40, walk 2
- jog 4 - jog 2:00, walk 3
- jog 5 - jog 1:30, walk 2
- jog 6 - jog 1:30 to home, no warm down run!!
- should have warm down run, because after i sat down, i got really dizzy and nauseous!
Weather - cloudy day, pretty cold (like, 40 degrees F), very windy.
