Aladdin & Team America... yay
Went out to see Aladdin on the weekend, with Ian McKellan in it. It was utterly superb. I thought that the chap playing Aladdin, struggled a bit, but he did had to keep up with Sir Mac and Maureen Lipman, so I thought i would cut the guy some slack. Unusual to have aladdin played by a man I thought. Then after driving home, P,B,K and I went to see Team America - World Police. Also excellent. As offensive to all groups as you would want and expect. Any film which has the theme tune. America fuck yeah! gets my vote.
Went to an interview today. Think it went ok, they say I will know by the end of the week whether I have got it or not. The people were nice, although there were a couple of weird things about it. I think it's strange that they had a bloke there who as far as I can make out was looking at all the other candidates to determine whether or not he was going to apply for the same job, although he already works for the company. the bloke explaining was really vague. Bit weird I thought.
Mate came down last weekend who I haven't seen in 8 years, amazingly she hasn't changed at all. I would imagine she thinks I have. I met her new husband who seems nice.
Looking forward to the Royal Rumble and the Superbowl. got to sort out a job, and get some money, to start saving for the bloody wedding. We thought that we would take a trip to NY this year as well, so I think we will be a bit short, although K got a new job, which I am well happy about. Don't think much else has happened.
