Diva's and Divos II

EEEk! This is way harder than I expected! I don't know why I'm having such trouble finding people I admire! Am I really that jaded?? Well I finally found the next person

Tori Amos--
--authenticity
One look at Tori and you know who she is. While her song lyrics might take some interpretation, her life doesn't. As a pagan I sometimes feel wierd talking about my religion. Tori mentions her alter as a sideline in interviews. Not only does she live a lifestyle in tune with her gods (wich is a admerable feat within itself) she makes no quams about it.

Drew Berrymore--
--Optimism
This is what it's all about. I spent some time asking myself why I love drew so much and come across a few quotes. She is the person I want to be.
"I never regret anything because every little detail of your life is whattt made you into who you are in the end."
"Everyone is like a butterfly, they start out ugly and awkwardc and then morph into beautiful graceful butterflies that everyone loves."
"God made a very obvious choice when he made me voluptuoous; why would I go against what he decided for me? My limbs work, so I'm not going to complain about the way my body is shaped."
"I want people to love me, but it's not going to hurt me if they don't."
"I'm not after fame and success and fortune and power. It's mostly [that I want] to have a good job and have good friends; that's the good stuff in life."
"I've always said that one night, I'm going to find myself in a field somewhere, I'm standing on grass, and it's raining, and I'm with the person I love, and I know I'm at the very point I've been dreaming of getting to . . "
"If you're going to be alive andon this planer, you have to (like) suck the marrow out of every day and get the most out of it"
"If you're going to go through hell. . . I suggest you come back learning something"
"Life is very interesting . . . in the end, some of your greatest pains become your greatest strengths"
"My whole life, I've wanted to feel comfortable in my skin. It's the most liberating thing in the world."
"Oh, I love hugging. I wish I were an octopus so I could hug ten people at a time."
"There's something liberating about not pretending. Dare to embarrass yourself. Risk."
"When I lay my head on the pillow at night I can say I was a decent person today. That's whey I feel beautiful."
"Cherish what you have today . . . it may be gone tomorrow. You can go through life victimized and bitter, but that is such a waste. Turn your pain into a strength and be a positive force."
"Life just happens in moments."
"The truth is that you are never mended. You just learn how to deal with the problems that intensify your disease."
