LJ CUT isnt working for me

This is starting to get reeeeeeeeeally irritating. And if I can't start posting my backed up stories on LJ WITH a cut pretty soon I'm just gonna say F*CK IT and post them without it.
What's up with this thing? I'm only allowed to post ONE freakin' story a month? and then the LJ CUT quits on me after that??
So anyone who is gettting repeated notices of my posting a new entry and nothing is there it's cuz I deleted it to try again and again and again...... sorry.
