You know what would be nice? Scholarships for next year
I already have the Pell Grant ($5200)
will probably be getting the National SMART Grant ($4000)
GA Hope Scholarship (Free Tuition, books, fees!)
but would like more... as housing is DAMN expensive in Atlanta, and hell, I have a 3.84 GPA. I still have tons of bills from my stupid financial decisions back in Santa Fe (a lot has been paid off, but there is still more) Really would love to NOT have to work, and focus only on schoolwork, and working in the research labs. Working hard academically, as opposed to financially.
I might switch my major to Biology from Psychology. both would be for my main purpose of going into Neuroscience... but bio might be the best route, with a neuro concentration. ALSO, because I might be eligible for the $2000 Biotechnology Scholars program :) ...it also would make me eligible to get my masters in only 1 year beyond undergrad :D
Maybe I can get done writing my scholarship essays during Spring Break..... might as well
