Blah
In an attempt to cross out a few of the things off my list, I decided to make raspberry soufflé. In hindsight, it was too much of an undertaking for the whole “learning how to bake” thing but I was determined. Long story short - I failed miserably. I’m not exactly sure what went wrong but needless to say it didn’t look or taste very good. Actually, maybe I made it correctly and I just don’t like soufflés? For my next trick, I think I’ll attempt Whiskey Bread Pudding or Pear Upsidedown Cake.
So then, I found out that the most haunted house in all of America (according to the Discovery Channel) is right here in San Diego. I had plans to go there on Friday night but my friend never called and I kind of got stuck doing other things.
In conclusion, I didn’t accomplish anything. Hm.
