What happens to a dream deferred?
Lately, I've been writing entries and then deleting them, having arrived at my own conclusion by the time I finish writing them. This is a huge waste of time, but also somewhat theraputic, so I guess it works.
Today's deleted entry involved getting married. It's not something I ever saw myself doing, and I've been struggling to reconcile my dreams with reality to create a new future. But who knows what the future holds, regardless of my marital status. I will never know which path would have made me happier, because I only get to choose one. So I better learn to deal with it. After all, life is what you make of it.
