Is it too much to ask for commercially available clothing to have consistent sizing? How the hell am I supposed to know what size to take into the dressing room when some 10's wont pull up over my knees and some 8's totally fall off of me. OK, I realize that I have an hourglass figure, is that REALLY so incredibly rare these days? So, there is a 10 inch difference between my hips and my waist, does that mean that I will never be able to find a pair of pants that fit that don't have pleats and a waistband half way up my chest? I didn't have this much trouble finding clothes that fit when I was bigger. Is a woman who is whatever size I am not allowed to have both a booty and a slender waist? And why, for the love of god, can't things that say the same size be even close to the same measurements? Out of probably 30 pairs of pants I tried on this weekend, not a single pair fit...but none of them didn't fit in that same way! Some were too big, some were too small. Even within a single brand name, there was one 10 that would barely button and pulled unattractively, and the other 2 had a waistband that was 2 inches too large. I don't want to have to alter my clothes...If I'm going to do that I might as well make them from the ground up myself!
GRRRRR!!!!
