Last night I went to Raising your profile for a successful career in IT, hosted by Women In Technology and Microsoft. It was pretty awesome. Aside from the free drinks, yummy canapes and the loot (I got mousemats, pens galore, a 128MB pen drive and Microsoft chocolate[0]) the talks were interesting and inspiring. Aha! But I did just find and log a probable bug with Prototype, on the Ajax.Responders object. I am on fire!

I need a beer.

My phone is unwell. Last night it swapped its usual beep for some kind of weird sound like someone strangling an Aibo. It's still functioning OK, but I've had to turn the sounds off on it because the noise is disturbing people.

I suspect this may have something to do with me putting it my bag next to a wet umbrella on Wednesday night :-/
