Monday but not
So today was Monday, but in a lot of ways it didn't really feel like a Monday. The more I think about it I have a feeling today didn't feel like a Monday cause my weekend didn't really feel like a weekend. With family up visiting I didn't have as much down time as I usually do on a weekend so I'm not sure I feel too rested. But at least work was...well work. I'm not looking forward to the last two days of my work week.
But on a good note I did get home from work to find a rather large priority mail box sitting on my desk. My case of Soul Eater figures got here *happy dance* I already opened them to see what figures I got, I managed to get one of every figure in the set and doubled up Stein and Tsubaki. Not too bad :D I have my Stein, Death the Kid, and Maka all put together - since those were the figures I wanted out of the case. They look awesome but are definitely my biggest blind box figures. Not too sure where they are going to live...other than I have to move them off my desk until I find a place.
With the 5 extras I have from the case my friend is going to buy my extra Stein from me and my dad actually is buying one of my Tsubaki figures. So that just leaves me with 3 that I'm not sure I'm going to keep and if I don't keep them I will need to try and sell: Black Star, another Tsubaki, and Blair. Other than being happy about getting the figures I have to say I'm glad knowing 2 of the 5 extras are already spoken for.
And on another anime related note...iTunes is having a sale on some of their anime episodes, giving some free, some are only $0.99 an episode. One of the free episodes I downloaded is the first episode of Vampire Knight with the english dub. And wow...I don't think I'm too impressed :( I will have to watch the whole thing and see if I think the voices will grow on me. I don't have the best quality of the japanese audio episodes but right now I'm really liking the original voice actors better than the dub. Which makes me sad since I have the first two discs of the US release on pre-order already. Decisions decisions...
But needless to say that I'm happy with my Soul Eater purchase. My credit card isn't too happy with it but I am :D I kind of celebrated by buying Stein's first episode from iTunes for $0.99 - although that was with a gift card credit ;)
But I think this will be it for me tonight. I'm getting up early tomorrow to spend some time with family before work, then Wednesday I have to get up early (will explain in a later post), and Thursday and Friday are the insane work days. So yeah. Sleep would be good :) *snuggles flist*
