As I'm sure most know by now, Tir and I have taken the criminal Cecil into custody. For a little while now we had suspected him of directly causing the event that lead to Rika Furude's death. It seems we currently have someone, or a group, attacking people here. While danger is not uncommon in Discedo, the two more recent attacks are reason enough for anyone going out to be in pairs or a group. People are being picked off while alone, and I will stress that we do not make it that easy for whoever is doing this.

(Accidental Video)

[The communicator turns on after falling to the ground, showing nothing but black. It catches the end of a pained noise from it's owner before it's kicked a little ways off, turning it onto it's side so something can be seen. The something being a rather large monster (imagine there are some large spiky wings too!).]
