In no particular order:
1) I missed the "Dear Abby" NCIS marathon, for the most part. Makes me pout because she's one of the main reasons I watch that show.
2) I had my first day as shift supervisor. Mostly things went really smoothly, and I didn't have to worry too much because Robert was there most of the time/Ken was there sometimes/Sarah was helping me out a little bit in the advice department/hey, I actually kind of know what I'm doing! :D
3) Gave Emily her long overdue birthday present and ended up talking with her for 2+ hours in her living room while the rest of her family slept. Rehashed my whole year, cried a little bit (I mentioned Grandpa and
this whole debacle and the waterworks just started) and laughed more and made plans to do lots more hanging out. Between her, Julie and Bethany and Marlee on weekends, I might start having a life. Or at least be far less upset at a lack of friends.
4) Realized exactly how much I valued my day off, even if it wasn't spent ideally, and regretted agreeing to a nine hour day. MY FEET. THEY HURT.
5) Danced it out to Lady GaGa's Poker Face (say hello to my new ringtone) in the car, remembering fondly
Spring Break '09. The two are irrevocably intertwined in my mind now.
6) Found Emily's house after roughly a year since I was there last -- with construction on Bellaire/Holcombe, no less! :D
7) Stayed up too late blogging/reading more of Dog On It because it's SO GOOD.
8) Goodnight.
