I used to live alone before I knew you
Right...I think I'm going to do this in a numbered entry as I believe it will make things easier.
1. I swear I'm really back now. Sorry for the extended absence, but I swear I'm seriously back. I should even be starting on the flist tonight :)
2. I got the best package from grunhilda! It's an early Christmas present and she sent me a huge bar of Swedish chocolate and a self-made friendship bracelet! Helena, I LOVE it and the chocolate is extremely good. The package made my week!
3. I'm glad to be able to say that I haven't been completely useless while I was gone. I wrote Brokeback Mountain fic! I will post it later. I'm also going to post my series of hikus for Brokeback as well.
4. OMG BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN COMES OUT NEXT FRIDAY!
5. I saw GoF the day it came out. I liked it, even thought they changed so much. At first, as with all other HP movies, I didn't like it. But after I stopped focusing on what was changed and missing I actually enjoyed it. I especially liked Ralph Finnes as Voldemort...if you look closely you can still see his face behind all the changes :P
6. Frank is looking mighty spiffy in his Scrooge suit and I like the X-mas header for the site.
7. I'm babysitting two children tonight to get extra money for some Christmas shopping. It should be alright...even if it is 6 hours. Hopefully they're tired XD
8. I saw Lord of War recently and OMG- Jared Leto is insanely hot in that movie. The man's eyes! The movie's really good as well, though. It has an AMAZING soundtrack. Nicholas Cage is a wonderful narrator.
9. I've decided I want my lip pierced but everyone is now trying to convince me otherwise. I think I might make it my birthday present to myself though- in 3 months.
10. I found a great used-book store right down the street from my house. I was insanely happy to find it becuase the only other used-book store that I have found that I like is all the way across town- a 40 min drive. I'll still be going there occasionally though because the selection there is astounding.
That's really all I have for now. It feels great to have time to update and read fic again...I don't think I've ever gone so long without reading fic before!
