I just keep watching asian dramas. It's a totally productive use of my time...right. I'd like to justify it on the grounds that I pick up pieces of the language by watching it with subtitles...
Oh who am I kidding? I watched this british comedy called Allo Allo today. It's hysterical. But the bottom of the screen looked really empty without subtitles. O_o
I've been trying to do art to submit for my admission to the College of Fine Arts. Its UA though so it's not exactly difficult to get in. O_o But hey, it's good practice. I just need eight pieces I actually care about. =\ I'm so lethargic lately.
ITS A PENGUIN.
(my first instinct here is to say "kawaii". You see I spend too much time watching dramas? O_o)
I like the penguin. But I hate the random blurry stuff in the background of the picture I based it on (from when I went to New Zealand). So those look terrible. Blaaaaaah. It's due in February. That's when the world ends.
Also February is when Andrew Bird comes to Tucson. Exciting, much? =D I just felt like I needed to update. Because I wanted a journal entry that was free of ranting about recent...aggravations. And this one is pleasant: it has asian dramas, a penguin, and Andrew Bird. Can you ask for anything more?
Well...maybe cheesecake:
But that's about the only thing that could make this better.
