Today ive consumed...
4 diet cokes w/ lime: 0 cals
(yeah i know im probly gonna get celulite or something bc i drink so much freakin diet coke but their like addicting)
2 orange la croix (sparkling water): 0 cals
1 peice of trident gum: hmm not sure but prob about 5 cals.
1 can of swanson beef soup(1 can=2 cups): 20 cals.
3/4 cup of green beans: 25 cals.
graNd totaL: 50 cals
..i guess thats good. but yeah today i found out that if you eat cheese(low-fat of course) right when u start ur period then u wont crave sugar as much as u usually would. lol i thought tht was kinda interesting. but i just finished mine today, i hate it soo much. im always like such an effing bitch to everyone. hopefully ill get so skinny that i won't have it every month. oh and yesterday i weighed myself and im at effing 133 pounds. WtF?!?!? thts soo gay. its prob cuz i had to pig out this weekend so my parents wouldnt get suspicious. and that totally ruins my goal weight of 85 lbs by mid-may. ill just have to restrict to 150 cals a day or less. grrr. so yeah tomorow i have to eat dinner at my dads so im gonna try not eating during the day cuz i know the dinner is gonna be liek at my limit if i eat a small amount. k well im gonna go. ill try and write again tomorow. *think thin and stay strong! xO SaraH
Todays "ana-safe" food/drink for the day:
Food: 1 can of Swanson Beef Soup(makes 2 cups): 20 cals.
^^However, there is a lot of sodium in this which to me doesnt rele matter since it doesnt make you gain weight it just makes you retain water.
drink: (from Jamba Juice) Blueberry Balance. Size sixteen= 150 cals, Origional= 270 cals., Power= 320 cals.
