Okay, so today has been awesome! I followed my plan exactly :) Ate an apple (45 cals) at 4:30, which was the first thing i ate since last night at dinner. Then i went to kickboxing from 5:30 to 6:30, gym until 7 (burned 87 cals on eliptical plus machines), and then had french onion soup (35 cals), and a salad (100 cals). Total intake of cals, 185! :) Couldn't have asked for a better dayyy!
