Haru Miura (KHR) - I LOVE this girl!! She may be a secondary character but I still love her craziness! She's also spunky, loud, cute, loyal, caring, cheerful, and unpredictable xDD
Rukia Kuchiki (Bleach) - Best shonen girl ever! She's cool, unselfish, strong, beautiful, smart, cute, funny and so much more!!
