ramblings
So I've really been enjoying these days off. I don't have too many finals that I have to actually study for, so since wednesday I've been with Darren. Spending the day over in the lobby of his dorm, working on my painting final over there where there's room, sleeping in his arms. I'm going to miss this. We've seen each other every day since we've been going out...It's going to be odd not having him around over break.
Went and saw Eragon today with Amanda and Brandon. I liked it, though according to Brandon it deviates from the book a lot.
Also had dinner with Darren's parents tonight. It went well, I think it's safe to say they like me. We were over there for over 3 hours, talking with them, playing with the kitties, watching his high school marching band tapes. It was nice. And I got permission from them to come visit for the weekend or so sometime over break, which will be nice.
Got my finals next week, then I'm done. And it shouldn't be too bad. I have 1 a day Monday through Thursday.
Monday: Intro to Women's Studies
Tuesday: The only one I'm really worried over, Women Studies Gender Issues
Wednesday: Art History
Thursday: Turn in final painting/pot luck
I'll be heading back to Sac sometime on Friday. Don't know how long I'll be there though. I think we're going to Tahoe for Christmas, so we'll probably be leaving for there pretty much right off.
