I humbly apologize
I have been heinous lately. I know. I'm so sorry. Im' trying really hard not to take out my stress on everyone, but I'm failing, and I failed last night, and let me apologize to whomever's head I might have bitten off.

Anyway, I've just decided to be better than all that. I'm not really helping anything by being explosive. My goal today is to be calm and composed, and sweet to people. I want to be productive at work and in rehersal, and I want to be focused and collected. I will be strong, and gentle, and honest, and receptive.
