Exactly HOW much free time do people have? If one more old high school acquaintance "throws a snowball" at me or "invites me to virtual drinks", I swear I'm going to fly to Nashville and start punching heads.
And on top of it all some chick from my graduating class IMed me on that cursed site and proceeded to blather endlessly about her failed marriage, legal issues, anti-depressant drug woes and how she wants to come to L.A. (from wherever she lives in California) and have sex with me. Then came the 4-6 messages a day from her thereafter, none of which I have replied to. I'd just delete her from my friends list if I didn't think she would suck on an exhaust pipe.
But then Facebook has also reconnected me with people I actually dig who I thought were long lost.
I'm not sure it's worth it.
