Birthday #25 was pretty good, if uneventful.

Dear god I just spent $61 at the Benefit cosmetics site...on 3 things. Granted, I get a full-sized "Bad-Gal Blue" mascara for the amount so I'm getting 4 things but...ouch. But I've wanted to try 2 of the 3 things for a while and the 3rd is getting discontinued so I wouldn't get to try it again but...OUCH ( Read more... )

And what a pain in the ass it was to get right. My $40 coupon came this week so I went to Walmart to get one of my 2 possible convertor boxes for going digital. They were sold out so I went to RadioShack where the sales girl lied right to my face about the price of the 2 boxes even though it was clearly displayed. Yesterday was my birthday and while it wasn't probably my worst birthday ever it wasn't overly great. Forgot I had to renew my tags for my car so I had to go do that and naturally they're one of the few places left that doesn't take plastic so I had to use their ATM because they were about to close and I hate using ATM's and getting charged, even ( Read more... )

It was so beautiful today! I usually don't get all excited about spring coming but this year I am and it was nice an I didn't even need a coat (except until I got into work where they run the air conditioner year round, all the time set to freeze off your ass). • Mom cleaned my old monitor and got it working, leaving me holding the new monitor I had just bought. I could return it but I'm too stubborn...and I think it's kinda cool how big it is even though it stretches stuff a little. So I guess that doesn't bug me too much.
