Greetings from those who are lost...
Just kidding...gosh I sounded so dorky in that title...--;
Haha...no matter. Hello LJ-world...long time no talk/read/scan/etc. I have been hyperly busy thanks to the new semester and getting readjusted with my classes.
So here is a rundown of what has happened recently:
I dropped out of Computer Programming. Why?? Because I'm computer retarded thats why...I figured it would only get harder as the semester progressed and I could just make it up in a proper math class (that isn't Calculus).
I also decided to take summer classes (not because I'm a failure at life...well I am but...yeah) but because I want to get either some classes for my general ed requirements out of the way or for my major(s).
Hopefully this summer won't be too bad...I'm determined to take a statistics class (and stick with it :D) and something else. I just need to not panic/worry/obsess over how to pay for it and where I will live during the summer. I'm sure things will work out...umm I hope...
On another note...I guess I can talk about something that has seriously bothered me all year about my dorm...see I live in a hall-style dormitory where there is this large bathroom full of like eight showers and six toilets and four sinks...all this for about forty girls to share...--;
You would think that all of us would make an effort to try to keep it as clean as possible. No one wants to use the bathroom in their own filth...but there are some people...SOME PEOPLE who don't give a sh*t...it's rather sad really...
There are girls that don't flush the toilets after they have used it...or don't flush it completely all the way...I mean come on girls...I know we are in a drought here at Chapel Hill but this is ridiculous...cleanliness...honestly! There are also girls that use WAY TOO MUCH TOILET PAPER...it doesn't take that much to tidy yourself up I promise...but just last night I was walking back to my room from work and saw that some girls had decorated this other girl's door WITH toilet paper (as streamers) because it was her birthday...toilet paper is for your bottom not for you door...
There is apparently one girl or several girls that like to cover the toilet seat with the toilet paper but...it's common courtesy to take off the toilet paper...but alas that concept has not been grasped...I mean once a girl wrapped toilet paper all around the toilet...oO
Also...there are girls that use the bathroom and DON'T WASH THEIR HANDS...that's sick man...sick! I mean I have germophobia...and I'm like OCPD but...I'm sure most people in this world like clean hands and would you honestly want to touch someone who doesn't wash their hands after using the bathroom? I wouldn't.
And the walls of the showers. Girls put their hair on it...why? I don't know...they really should take their DNA and put it in the trash...what if some bio-major gets really happy and decides to put that hair/DNA into the Human Genome Project huh?? Speaking of hair though...somehow these shedders also shed into the sinks...so the sinks are covered in hair...the walls of the showers are covered in hair...I feel like I'm living in a freakin' hairball...
