This billboard is up the street from where I live, and I guess some dude with too much money and time on his hands owns it. Every couple months, he puts up a new billboard with a photo of himself and whatever pet cause he's supporting. Last time it was carbon monoxide, a few months before that, it was about paying your electric bill on time. I'm totally not kidding.
