it's interesting how I really don't need to have a lot of salad dressing when I make it myself...
1 spoonful of apple cider vinegar
2 spoonfuls of olive oil
1 spoonful of honey
some salt and pepper
and I'm eating a huge bowl of salad, the works, avocado, garbanzo beans, corn, tomatoes, potatoes, carrots, cucumbers, broccoli, yellow paprika, and of course two lettuces - I don't know what kind, one's purplish..
red cabbage, red onion
raisins...
the only thing that would make this better is peanuts or almonds, and I didn't feel like putting those in. beans make up for it.
Or more avocado.
