I haven't enjoyed reading for a long time. Gone were the time where I'd just curl up on the armchair and read books to pass my weekend afternoons. Taking it's place is my habit to surf the web for the latest fashion or handbags. The comparison between these two habits of mine almost makes the latter vulgar. I've always thought that if i was born a long time ago, I'd be a total nerd. Without the influence of television, especially Kang Xi Lai Le, I cannot imagine how different I'd be. Perhaps I will plaid my hair and go cycling in the countryside with all the lalangs. There's a pretty high possiblity that people can't see me because I'm not tall and I wouldn't wear heels then right?
Went to Koonlay's birthday celebration today, thought I sensed some glumness in her but I have no idea why. This is going to remain my private blog until somehow the exhibitionist in me blab to others. I think I need to go out more often instead of shutting myself in my own lonely world. Cannot imagine myself going clubbing though, think I'd laugh till death before I danced.
