New minimum requirements for art submissions: 10 icons, 1 banner, or 10 pictures for a picspam per square.

Hope that it encourages more of you to diversify your submissions.

Entries in the community should always contain a bingo or extra. I realized this wasn't clear when I saw two posts in the community shouldn't be there.
