Whew! It's been a busy week! My mom popped in and surprised us. She lives a little over 5 hours away so we weren't expecting it at all. It was really nice to see her, and to let her see how much Grant's growing. We had dinner at my IL's on Wednesday. It was fun to hang out, and of course show off our little guy. It's always fun doing that! LOL!
Charlotte, Kristen, and I have all been talking like crazy about our babies' birthdays coming up! First there's Jake (Kristen's) he'll be 1 on March 11th, then there's Cooper (Charlotte's) who will be 1 on March 31st, and of course there's Grant (mine, duh) who will be 1 on April 14th! It's a huge whirlwind of emotion. Happy that he's growing, and then sad that he's growing so fast!
Anthony had a meeting today with his boss at work. He's getting a promotion. He started off as a waiter with the knowledge that he will eventually be moved up to manager. Well, the time has come finally! He has another meeting on Monday to talk about pay. I hope it's what we're needing. Cross your fingers.
