watched peti kayu ibu yest at marine parade cc with 40 other students who took drama n poetry module.. its a play acted by masturah ahmad. d storyline revolves ard d stepmother whom dis gal tries to figure out. dis gal is d result of d father's affair wif a dancer. well, d peti kayu or chest represents d mother's heart wif many compartmensts dat she unravel bit by bit. sumtyms dis gal took on her mother's role. well, i tink its well acted out n d lighting effects wre damn gd. d atmosphere is set well, d script is well acted out.
after d play, dere was a reception where we cud talk to d director n d actress.. dere was food too.. haha.. nice... haha.. masturah was very frenly.. she answered al our queries n neva made us feel left out. :) :) :) d director is a wealth of info.. he's frenly too.. its a gd experience..
oh! i realised dat sharon's husband was dis ex golf promoter who used to work in d same dept as me.. small world! haha..
hmm.. im stil figuring out d extent of my interest in theatre n drama.. but i do like watching dem. so, hopefully i'l figure it out. haha
