Boulder CO and the surrounding area
Today its road tripping time. I managed to hook us up with quite the monster truck at Denver airport and today is a day for site seeing. From Boulder we headed up to Flagstaff Mountain to take in the view over Boulder city. After that we cruised through the mountains to Nederland - a great little town that felt like you are walking around a movie set. We met some very friendly locals at The Pioneer inn who suggested route for us to take driving an alight seeing
We then headed to Rollinsville (population 7 haha), drive through Black hawk (an Indian casino town) and the Idaho Springs. Our destination was the west portal of Moffatt Tunnel which we never actually found. Quickly made a pit stop at Adolf’s and headed back to Boulder. Everyone pretty tuckered out so called it an early one.
