(no subject)
Last post was weird. For one, I had actually put in a subject line, something I almost always forget to do, and it disappeared. For the other, people replied and there was no notification email for a few of them.
Post-opening, there's now a flurry of events being scheduled, like the fair. Our local fair is in September, and it's always miserably hot. But it's the kind of local, small fun that I enjoy. Kind of excited at the thought of going to a fair again. If you go on Friday, just after it's opened, there are hardly any people there, always a plus.
While California has officially opened, not all sites have. For one, my favorite venue to hold concerts at is not replying to my email queries. I've already lost one gig, because I couldn't get a venue. As much as I hate the idea of having to travel an hour and a half to put on a concert, I'm about to start querying there.
