Gotta remember to take a day off after a long weekend!
Still recovering because of the long weekend. I actually held up pretty good. A few small bruises. One large purple bruise and just sore feet.
Friendmate and I managed to clean out the car, clean the litter boxes and throw out the garbage before she took off for Tai Kwon Do. I put away most of the larp stuff, fixed some weapons, and did 4 loads of laundry last night while she was gone and even got a nap in. Some vacuuming tonight and a few other things and we'll have mostly recovered from the event.
Xander-kitty has been doing...well? He is somewhat understand that I don't need to tackle him in the morning as instead of finding him either on the bed (when he was still so sick) or under it (hiding from morning meds) he is actually up and walking around.
Yesterday morning after I left I was told he chased Martin around the apartment and then attacked Loki. Then last night I heard Martin cry as instead of the normal passive aggressive stuff Xander's been doing as he's been recovering he actually attacked Martin and forced him into a corner. I think someone has wanted to make it clear that after 2 month out of commisison he's feeling better. However he's amping it up past his usual behavior. Hopefully he'll even out soon.
I'm taking him in next week for his check-up. Keep your fingers crossed!
