Yes, I'm totally stealing that from Anya. It was her quote of the day yesterday and I really liked it. It ironically described a conversation I was just part of on Monday.
It's weird, it feels as if there is a change in the air *sniff sniff* something happening. Some specific, some not so, some very vague, but yeah, something...
I guess we'll just have to wait and see and hope for the best.
In other news, EOS was fun. Not that it's a shock that it was, but it's always nice when your friends show up, interesting plot happens, cool roleplaying, the weather holds out enough, and after a situation that would normally find people pissed off you find yourself an another giggling (or guffawing as that is more manly) at the situation.
And of course the fact that this was right after my birthday (What? My birthday you say? Aww.. you remembered!!) I was given many birthday wishes, cards (it's a tie between the one that screamed at me or the one that says "Happy 4th Birthday") and various gifts. Oooh presents!!! Thank you Angel, Thank you Tara, Thank you Knox, Thank you Cordy - who apparently thinks I need a more girly purse. How do you even use that one!?!??
Also much thanks to Xander & Wesley, who working as a team, fixed the flappy rubber thing on my car roof (it must be something important right?). No, it has not fallen off. Yet. Man I hate my evil car!!
PS: If you are wondering about the subject line ask Xander. Apparently that is how he views me after several incidents where floors, walls, and furniture has jumped out to attack me. So not my fault!!!
