Stages of the day
Earlier this morning:
Had an interview with a temp agency this morning (a different one than I've usually used) got about halfway through it but their computers crashed during the testing part. Heh, well at least it's not my fault that I had trouble with the link they originally sent me to fill out an application. I did everything else, and the rest of the testing they are going to send me a link to do it from home. We'll see how that works.
Later in the morning:
What the heck is with all these damn telemarketing phone calls coming in on my cell phone!?!?? I only give out my cell number to friends & family. It's not listed anywhere else except for the Vet as a secondary number for me. Yet, I get all these calls from different area codes several times a day, mostly in the morning, about my "warranty expiring on my car" or my favorite "to help me consolidate all my credit card debt and it's important I call back immediately". Really? I was unaware that I had any credit card debt...oh wait. I don't!!!
Earlier this afternoon:
Then I went to visit my Mom. The folks are heading over to Portugal again as of Friday, so I got my list of "to dos" while they are gone.
As of this moment:
Loki is batting me with his paw on my back begging me to scratch him. He's finally settle down next to me after trying the butting of his head against my arm.
Later this afternoon:
Turns out I won't be going to visit with Wesley as he's all sick with the cooties. :( Though I suspect he just wants to hold 4 episodes of Torchwood hostage from me!!!!
Edit: Wes called me up and we at least 'hung' out a little on the phone while making dinner :)
